Lime Slices - 200g | Dehydrated Cocktail Garnish

Dried slow, sliced thin, no additives. Each wheel holds its colour and its bite, so a gin and tonic gets a real hit of lime instead of a sad wedge on the rim. Drop one in and it floats — that's the whole look. Works in a G&T, a mojito, a margarita, a rum sour, or straight into a jug of iced tea. Rehydrates in the glass and keeps releasing flavour the longer it sits. Also good on a cheese board or in cooking where you'd normally use zest.

Pineapple Slices - 200g | Dehydrated Cocktail Garnish

Whole rings, dried until they're chewy and concentrated. The sugar comes forward without anything added, so a piña colada or a dark rum punch gets real fruit on top instead of a wet triangle sliding down the glass. The centre hole sits neat on a rim. Good in a piña colada, rum punch, daiquiri, tiki build, or dropped into sangria overnight. Sturdy enough to skewer with a cherry, soft enough to actually eat afterwards.

Grapefruit Slices - 200g | Dehydrated Cocktail Garnish

Big pink wheels, dried slow so the blush holds. The bitterness stays where you want it — enough to cut through gin or tequila without turning sharp. Widest slice in the range, so it fills a coupe or sits flat across a rocks glass. Made for a paloma, a Negroni, a gin and tonic with a bitter edge, or a mezcal build. Also good dropped into sparkling water when you want something grown-up and non-alcoholic.

Orange Slices - 200g | Dehydrated Cocktail Garnish

Deep amber wheels, dried slow until the sweetness concentrates. The most versatile slice in the range — it works in a bitter drink, a sweet one, or a mug of something warm. Sits well on a rim or drops straight in and floats. Built for an Old Fashioned, a Negroni, an Aperol spritz, sangria, or mulled wine. Try it over the rim of a cold beer, or dropped in a pot of tea. Rehydrates in the glass and keeps giving off aroma the whole time you're drinking.

Lemon Slices - 200g | Dehydrated Cocktail Garnish

Pale gold wheels, dried slow so they keep their shape and their sharpness. Clean and bright rather than heavy — the slice you reach for when the drink needs lift, not sweetness. Thin enough to float, sturdy enough to sit on a rim. Made for a Tom Collins, a whiskey sour, a French 75, a limoncello spritz, or a plain gin and soda. Just as good in a pot of tea, a jug of iced water, or dropped into hot water with honey.
