What we collect

When you place an order, Guyana Brownies & Bakery collects your name, phone number, and — where you give them — your email address and delivery address. We also keep the items you ordered, the amount paid, and the status of the order.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to prepare, confirm and deliver your order, to contact you about that order, and to keep the sales records a business is expected to keep.

Payments

Card and mobile money payments are handled by our payment provider on their own secure pages. We never see or store your PIN, card number or wallet password. We receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, and a reference for that transaction.

Sharing

We do not sell your details. We share them only where it is needed to complete your order — for example with a delivery rider or courier — or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept while your order is active and afterwards for as long as we need them for accounting and warranty purposes.

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, email hello@kaieteurgoods.gy or call 592-000-0000. We will act on reasonable requests unless we are required to keep the record. Our address is Lot 12 Water Street, Georgetown, Guyana.

Cookies and analytics

This site stores your cart in your browser so it survives a page refresh. If we use website analytics or advertising measurement tools, they may set cookies to count visits and measure which products are viewed and purchased.
